The International Assistance Committee is dedicated to collaborating with other service organizations to enable participation and promote independence for persons in need in developing countries worldwide. We will address these needs through fundraising, volunteering, and advocacy. Our work is guided by the core values and attitudes of occupational therapy practice: altruism, equality, freedom, justice, dignity, truth, and prudence. We strive to be culturally sensitive and client centered in our efforts to support occupational justice. If you are interested in helping out, please email iac@wusota.org or contact anyone involved!
